‘What are you grateful for today?’

In these uncertain and tumultuous times, there are so many benefits to cultivating a practice of gratitude – not to turn away from what’s happening, but as a resource, and a place of respite.

Join us for an afternoon of meditation practice and enquiry into the practice of gratitude. Followed by a celebratory ‘end-of-year’ picnic for family and friends of Goldfields Insight Meditation. All welcome.

Saturday 6th December 2025
