‘Finding balance in an unbalanced world’ - an afternoon of meditation practice and dharma enquiry
Saturday 13th June 2026, 1 - 5pm
West End Hall, Castlemaine
Are you feeling squeezed right now? Like you're juggling too many balls? Or feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world, and what you're meeting each day? Pema Chodron says, "When we feel squeezed, there's a tendency for mind to become small".
Join us to explore finding a life of balance centred on wisdom and compassion, that supports keeping your heart and mind open and undefended. Robyn Gibson and Fran Woodruff will lead the afternoon's practice, which will include: guided and silent sitting meditation, walking meditation, a dharma talk, and group discussions. Tea and snacks will be provided.
